Logos and Salus is a company created with the objective of promoting a new model for a health and supplementary welfare ecosystem. It is the first company to adopt equitable and sustainable well-being (ESW) in its development policy. ESW is an index that assesses a company’s progress not only economically, but in social and environmental terms as well.
In 2016, ESW was included in the State Budget for the first time, allowing quality of life to be made measurable, and the effect of public policies on certain fundamental social dimensions to be assessed. Since 2018, the equitable and sustainable well-being (ESW) indicators have been included among the tools for programming and assessing national economic policy.
The founding shareholders and management represent the highest professional figures in Italian management and entrepreneurship.
